At age 11 Jake is already a Netflix star!!! Need we say more .

What is the best thing that has happened to you this year?

The best thing that’s happened to me this year was making it to the regionals swimming team for school swimming competitions… and being in the squad team… and seeing myself as an extra in the TV series “The InBESTigtors” which is being aired right now on ABC Me and Netflix!

Tell me something interesting about yourself, that not many people know.

Not many people know about my acting and modelling actually. Only family and some close friends know about it. I don’t talk about acting or modelling much but just love doing it.

What made you take the leap and have a go at modelling / acting?

My parents put me into a modelling agency when I was 4 years old… and I loved it! … when I was a little bit older, I wanted to try acting as well.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I would love to be an actor, a model, a veterinarian or a teacher! Too many to decide… he he.

What is your favourite thing to wear that you will never throw out?

My Spacetalk watch that my parents gave me.

Can you tell us a little bit about what you have been up to lately, in terms of photo shoots or acting?

Not much lately, mainly just performances on stage with Showkidz and Stage School Australia.

What is your favourite thing to do in Summer?

I love going to the beach in Summer, and spending time with my family during the school holidays.

Do you remember the very first job you did, and how did it make you feel?

The very first time I remember, was modelling for a Target catalogue. I felt great and loved being in front of the camera.

Have you done any workshops, like runway or acting workshops before? How do you think it has helped you gain confidence and learn more about the industry?

Yep, I’ve done acting workshops, improvisation workshops, and modelling runway workshops. They’ve helped me with my confidence, for sure, and helped improve my acting skills and public speaking… and you get to learn so much about the industry.

Do you follow any models or actors that you admire on social media, if so who, and why are they the best?

I’m following most of the Marvel cast because they’re great actors, inspirational, awesome… and funny!

Do you have a favourite Marvel Character?

It’s a toss-up between Loki and Ironman.

Do you have any special talents, play any instruments or play sports?

I’m really good at memorising lines, and learning how to play music on the keyboard, and the piano without the sheets. I love doing all sports but really love squad swimming.

If you were to get the coolest modelling or acting job tomorrow, what would it be doing, who for, and why?

The coolest acting job would have to be a part in a Marvel movie or a Steven Spielberg movie because they are blockbuster films! And I would love to be on a runway and model Burberry Kids… or a surf label as their clothes are always really cool.

What advice would you give someone who was thinking about getting involved in doing modelling or acting but may think - I’m too shy or I don’t know what to do, I don’t have any experience.

This is an easy question - I would say to them go for it!

You might think you’re not good enough or you’re not ready, but you might surprise yourself and love it. Check out a workshop to help with your confidence and public speaking. It all starts now!

If you had one wish, what would it be?

My one wish would be to get a main part in a movie.

What would be your ideal character to play?

My ideal character to play would have to be Captain Jack Sparrow.
